It won't be long now........In only a few short weeks there will be long lines of hungry fairgoers, smelling the warm and crispy chocolate chip cookies lofting from this fantastic site. Gazing at this photo, taken in mid January, I realize that I have never studied this building long enough to notice that the front of the building is a huge cookie, complete with chocolate morsels.

Thoughts of the Minnesota State Fair
It won't be long now........In only a few short weeks there will be long lines of hungry fairgoers, smelling the warm and crispy chocolate chip cookies lofting from this fantastic site.
